Driveway Leveling in Knoxville, TN

A sunken driveway isn't just unsightly — it sends water toward your foundation, damages your vehicle, and quietly drops your home's value. Knoxville Concrete Lifting levels residential and commercial concrete driveways across Knox, Blount, and Sevier Counties using high-density polyurethane foam.

Most Knoxville driveways we level are back in service the same day with no tear-out, no new pour, and no waiting for concrete to cure.

Why Knoxville Driveways Sink

Knoxville sits on a mix of red clay and karst limestone — two soil types that are notorious for unpredictable behavior. Heavy summer storms wash fines out from underneath driveways; winter freeze-thaw cycles expand and contract the soil column; tree roots pull moisture and create voids; and poor original compaction comes back to haunt many 1970s–1990s subdivisions across West Knoxville and Farragut.

Driveways near downspouts, sump discharge points, or sloped landscaping are especially vulnerable. By the time you see a 1" drop at the garage apron, the void underneath may be much larger.

Our Driveway Leveling Process

We measure the lift required with a laser level, drill 5/8" injection ports along the failure pattern, and inject polyurethane foam in a controlled sequence — typically working from the lowest corner outward. The slab rises smoothly back to grade, voids are filled, and the soil beneath is densified to resist future settlement.

Most full-driveway lifts in the Knoxville area are completed in 2–4 hours. Two-car driveways typically range from $1,200 to $2,400.

Driveway Problems We Fix

Sunken garage aprons, settled driveway aprons at the street, tilted driveways pitching water toward the house, gaps between driveway slabs, ridged trip hazards at expansion joints, and corner drops where driveways meet sidewalks. If your driveway moves, we can usually lift it.

Should You Replace or Lift Your Driveway?

If your concrete is structurally sound — meaning no severe crumbling or deeply spalled surfaces — lifting is almost always the smarter choice. Replacement costs $8–$15 per square foot in the Knoxville market, takes a week, and the new slab will sit on the same soil that failed the first one. Polyjacking fixes the soil and saves you thousands.
